Amadeus operates through its two wholly-owned US subsidiaries, TNT Engineering Inc. and Amadeus Petroleum Inc., with a corporate office in Perth, Western Australia.
On-market share buy-back
Following approval from shareholders, the Company began a buy-back of up to 100 million shares in December 2011. At 17 April 2012 the Company has 254,485,981 shares on issue.
