Amadeus Energy (AMU) operates and produces oil and gas on its leses and undertakes low-medium risk exploration and development. The Company's assets are located in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.  

Amadeus operates through its two wholly-owned US subsidiaries, TNT Engineering Inc. and Amadeus Petroleum Inc. and has a corporate office is in Perth.

On-market share buy-back

A buy-back commenced 7 January 2011. At 6 December 2011 a total of 29,244,887 shares had been bought back with 274,786,018 shares on issue. Following approval from shareholders, the Company announced 1 December 2011 an additional buy-back of up to 100 million shares. The Company will cancel all shares that are bought back, as well as reserving the right not to buy-back any shares at all.
