Mr Pearce joined Amadeus as a Non-Executive Director on 7 July 2008 and was appointed Chairman on 14 October 2009. He has more than twenty years of experience in senior financial roles in the mining, oil and gas and utilities industries.  He has previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer with Alinta Limited, an $A8 billion energy and utility company based in Perth, Western Australia. 

He has a Bachelor of Business from RMIT, and a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice, is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Secretary and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He is currently Managing Director of Southern Cross Electrical Engineering Limited, Chairman of Surtron Technologies Pty Ltd and a Member of the Business and Industry Committee of the Salvation Army (WA).

Mr Pearce is also a Member of the Amadeus Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

Mr Towner was appointed the Managing Director of Amadeus in 1995. Over the past 20 years he has held several oil and gas, public company-based directorships in Australia. He has extensive experience in oil, gas and agriculture in Australia and the USA, gaining vast knowledge and expertise in the oil and gas industry while living and working in Dallas, Texas from 1985-1989.

Mr Towner is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He currently holds no other directorships.

Mr Scott joined the Board in 1996 serving initially as Chairman of the Company until July 2007. He has since taken on the role of Deputy Chairman/Non-Executive Director. He has over 35 years experience as an advisor on corporate services and taxation, specialising in the mining and resources sector. Mr Scott holds a Fellowship of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Taxation Insitute of Australia.

He currently consults to Perth-based Gooding Pervan Chartered Accountants. Other current directorships include Chairman of ASX listed companies bioMD Limited and Australian Renewable Fuels Limited, Non-Executive Director of Homeloans Limited, Neptune Marine Services Limited and CGA Mining Limited.

Mr Scott is Chairman for the Amadeus Audit and Risk Management Committee and a Member of the Remuneration Committee.

Mr Lehle was appointed a Director of Amadeus on 1 October 2007. He has 26 years experience as a Petroleum Exploration and Development Geologist. He initially worked on exploration and development projects for major oil companies in South East Asia, North and West Africa and Australia. Since 1986, he has worked primarily with small to medium sized independent oil companies that are exploring along the Texas Gulf Coast.

Mr Coleman was appointed a Non-Executive Director on 7 July 2008. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Comm) and is currently a senior advisor and Non-Executive Director of Wyllie Group Pty Ltd and former Managing Director of Home Building Society Limited. He has held a number of senior executive positions and directorships with ANZ including Managing Director Banking Products, Managing Director Wealth Management and Non-Executive Director of E*Trade Australia Limited.

Mr Coleman's other current appointments include Non-Executive Director of Bell Financial Group Limited and Bell Direct Limited, Non-Executive Chairman of Viburnum Funds and Chairman of Rubik Financial Limited.

Mr Coleman is also the Chairman of the Amadeus Remuneration Committee and  Member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee.

Mr Beard was appointed a Non-Executive Director of Amadeus on 14 October 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) (Uni. of NSW), is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 

Mr Beard is currently the CEO of ASX listed CVC Limited and has been a Director since 2000. He is also a Director of ASX listed CVC Property Fund. Other current appointments include Chairman and Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Cellnet Limited, and Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Mercury Mobility Limited.

He has extensive experience with investee businesses, both in providing advice, direct management roles, especially bringing management expertise to early-stage businesses, and in both acquisition and divestment of strategic business units. Mr Beard has implemented significant company restructuring and recruited new management teams for growth businesses. His negotiation experience includes successes in private placement initial public offerings, trade sales and in contractual arrangements involving banking facilities, and other commercial agreements.
