Objective:To develop the Novinger pay zone and explore the St Louis
Target Depth:~6,000 feet
Type:Exploration to Production

Overview:

Amadeus acquired an interest in the Novinger East Project in Meade County Kansas in early 2007. The prospect covers a 480 acre leasehold area and is located half a mile east of the 7.1 million barrel Novinger Field.

To date Amadeus has drilled four wells at the Project, two of which were cased for production. The Shinogle #24-1 well was drilled in April 2007. TNT Engineering Inc. initially put the well onto production in September 2007. The first zone tested was the Mississippian Chester formation which produced approximately 1,500 BO (100%).

The Shinogle #24-2, a second wildcat well, was drilled in February 2008. Six feet of net pay was encountered in the Novinger Zone, at 5,310 feet, and 14 feet of net pay was encountered in the Chester formation at a depth of 6,100 feet. In July 2008 the Ballard 24#1 well was drilled. No oil shows were intersected and the well was subsequently plugged and abandoned.

The most recent well, the Shinogle #24-3A, was drilled in September 2009. Although it did not intersect commercially viable hydrocarbons the well will serve as a salt water disposal well.

The forward program to evaluate other objectives remains to be determined.
