Operator:Reeder Energy, LP
Objective:Sherwood and Bluell Members of Mississippian Mission Canyon Formation
Target Depth:7,000-7,500
Type:Oil development and exploration

Overview:

There are now 7 prospects defined over the 12,400 acre Shoreline Project area. Each prospect has the potential to lead a multi-well field in its own right. There are two planned targets, with a number of new development wells, scheduled for drilling FY11.

An initial well, the William Lester 30-1, was drilled in December 2008 to a total depth of 7,500'. The well intersected oil in the objective Sherwood section, extending the limits of the Wabek Sherwood oil field. The well was not in an optimal position to drain the productive reservoirs, and was subsequently plugged and abandoned. An offset location is being selected for development of the target.

Amadeus has a 25% working interest in the Shoreline Project, located in the Ward and Mountrail Counties, North Dakota. The project area is located on the north-east flank of the US portion of the Williston Basin, east of the Nesson Anticline.

The Shoreline project is targeting the Mississippian Mission Canyon Formation, with the Sherwood Member the primary objective and the Bluell Member the secondary objective. These traps are highly productive, having produced more than 19 million barrels of oil from 150 wells at depths ranging from 6,500-8,000 feet.
