Overview:
In June 2001, Amadeus acquired a 50.5%-60% working interest in a small oil exploration project named Red Creek, located in Jefferson County, Southern Oklahoma, situated 20 miles north of the Texas/Oklahoma border.

The Red Creek area has only been lightly explored and is located northwest of fields that have produced over 150,000 barrels of oil since the 1920's in Jefferson County, Oklahoma and immediately across the state line in Montague County, Texas.

The project aimed at exposing the company to a relatively low risk, exploration play.

An extensive 3-D seismic survey was shot and interpreted in late 2001 with encouraging results as a total of 45 structures were identified.

Drilling commenced in June 2002 and since then Amadeus has drilled a total of 17 wells with 11 cased for production.

The average production from this field is approximately 2,000 BO/month (net share to Amadeus).
